HNX - HowNow user invite redirects to help article, not account creation; and user shows as 'invite pending' in HowNow

Issue: HowNow User invite redirects the user to a help article instead of facilitating account creation and the user shows as 'invite pending' within hownow despite accepting their invite.

Cause: The user's email is already attached to an Identity Account


Resolution/Workaround: This usually indicates that you already have a login established for HowNow. Please proceed by installing the HowNow software as per the help article above and logging in normally.
