- Knowledge, Records, Jobs and Tasks - Users can now save their current filters to be recalled at a later time. Stored filters persist even after restarting HowNow - see Filter Options in Records.
- All tabs - Each user's filter criteria is persistent between tab changes - this means that when you move between tabs, the filter criteria will remain.
- All tabs - New shortcuts added to 'Email as' and 'Copy to Clipboard' menus - see a Full List of Shortcut Keys
- All tabs - User display preferences like width and visibility for Preview, Record Locations, Knowledge Filters and Organisation Positions are maintained between restarts of HowNow on a per computer basis.
