The Document Converter Printer can be used as a printer in applications to print to PDF and have the file added to HowNow. From any application, select print and choose the HowNow Document Converter, this will create a PDF copy of the document and open the New Profile Wizard to save directly to HowNow.
The Document Converter Printer and Configuration Settings can be installed from File > System Tools > General > HowNow Add-in Manager
